Folio Support
Questions about your trip? Your travel advisor is the fastest help. Open your trip in Folio and tap Messages, or use the contact details your advisor gave you. For anything urgent while traveling, the 24/7 numbers are under your trip's Contacts.
Signing in
Folio signs you in with a code sent to your email. Use the address your advisor has on file for you; that is how Folio finds your trips.
- No code arrived? Check your spam or promotions folder, then request a new one. Only the newest code works.
- "No trips on this address yet"? Your advisor may have a different email for you, or hasn't shared a trip yet. Ask them to send your invitation again.
Notifications
Choose which alerts you get in Folio: tap your initial at the top of My Trips. To turn all of them off, use your iPhone's Settings → Folio → Notifications.
Deleting your account
Tap your initial at the top of My Trips, then Delete account. Details are in our privacy policy.
