No. Onboarding is fully concierged: we set everything up alongside you, and we'd rather do that well for select travel professionals than quickly for everyone. viaPyxis is also still growing, and a small group means we can listen to the people using it.

We can't promise a date. We review every request personally, and we'll be in touch if it's the right fit. Telling us which itinerary platform you use today helps us plan your setup.

Right now, nothing. viaPyxis is offered without charge today. If that changes, you'll get at least 30 days' notice, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan. The details are in our Terms of Use.

By people who do this work. viaPyxis comes from Edge of Wonder Travels Unlimited, a working travel agency, and we use it for our own clients every day.

No. Your existing itineraries come along, with their flights, stays, transfers and confirmation numbers. Bringing them over is part of onboarding, which is fully concierged. More on the switching page.

Yes. A DMC's itinerary can come into a trip, and their contact details stay with them, so your client still sees you as their advisor.

Nothing is saved until you've checked it, and nothing reaches a traveler until you say so.

Yours. The web itinerary, the PDF and the app carry your name, logo, colors and fonts. The itinerary lives on a web address in your name, or on your own domain, which we set up with you. The mobile app is called Folio in the App Store, and it takes on your branding once your client signs in.

No. Every trip has a web itinerary and a PDF. The Folio app is there for clients who want it.

Not yet. Folio is on iPhone and iPad today. Android travelers use the web itinerary, which works in any phone browser, and the PDF.

Yes. There's a family link that leaves out pricing, confirmation numbers, documents and contacts. It expires 30 days after the trip.

No. Itineraries can show a total, a payment schedule and what's included, but viaPyxis doesn't collect payments.

It's built around the way a trip is already organized: days, and the flights, stays and activities in them. If you've built an itinerary anywhere else, you'll recognize it. Importing a trip you already have is often the fastest way to learn it.

No. AI drafts hotel room descriptions and checks them against sources, and looks up hotel, ship and supplier details with citations. You review everything before a traveler sees it. Your content is never used to train AI models. Our privacy policy names the AI providers.

Yes. Each advisor gets their own sign-in under your account, with advisor and admin roles. We set up team access with you during onboarding.

No. viaPyxis is software; we don't sell travel through it. No other account can see your data, and that includes ours.
