Your clients notice everything.
They notice the hotel you chose, the driver who was waiting, the dinner you booked on the second night. They notice the itinerary too. viaPyxis is for advisors who want that document to show the same care as the trip, without spending an evening formatting it.
Made inside a working luxury agency.
viaPyxis comes from Edge of Wonder Travels Unlimited. We design custom journeys for our own clients, and viaPyxis started as the tool we needed to present them.
So the software reflects how our trips are actually put together: a DMC proposal for one leg, a cruise for another, a hotel booked direct, a private guide, a transfer with a meeting point that matters. We use it every day, which means we feel every rough edge before you do.
Built for trips with a lot of moving parts.
DMC proposals, brought in cleanly
A DMC's itinerary comes into your trip with its hotels, transfers and guided days in the right places. The DMC's contact block becomes a local contact, so your client still calls you first. Supplier prices stay in advisor-only notes and never reach the traveler page.
Your brand, front to back
Your name, logo, colors and fonts on the web itinerary, the PDF and the Folio app, on a web address in your name or your own domain.
Room to let a client choose
Put two or three versions of a trip in one proposal. Your client compares them and picks, and you build the final from their choice.
Signature journeys that sell
Publish your best itineraries as Collections, marketing pages with a "Starts at" price. When a client asks for one, start their trip from it instead of from a blank page.
Discretion where it counts
Itinerary pages are hidden from search engines. You can require an emailed sign-in code, and the link for family at home leaves out pricing, confirmation numbers, documents and contacts.
Help on the road
In Folio, travelers message you from the trip itself and get push alerts when a flight is delayed, canceled or changes gate.
Your clients stay yours.
viaPyxis is software. We aren't a travel agency or a supplier, and we don't sell travel through it. You own your content: we won't sell it, use it in our marketing without permission, or use it to train AI models. No other account can see your data.
Questions about how this works in practice are on the FAQ, and the full terms are in our Terms of Use.

If your trips are custom, layered and personal, we'd like to hear about your work. We review every request ourselves.
